  • Serve as the frontline of our sales team, engaging with potential customers and initiating meaningful conversations to identify their needs and qualify them as SQLs.

  • Conduct effective pre-sales activities, such as prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach, while bringing your creativity to the table to make a lasting impression.

  • Thoroughly research and understand target accounts and industries to personalize outreach efforts and present our value proposition accurately.

  • Actively manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel, leveraging various communication channels to build relationships and provide relevant information.

  • Collaborate closely with AEs to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads, providing comprehensive context and transferring all relevant information.

  • Continuously update and maintain accurate records of lead interactions, activities, and progress in our CRM system.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and our product/service offerings to effectively communicate value and address customer inquiries.

  • You have some years of relevant professional experience in B2B sales of products/services in need of explanation, and / or in account management.

  • Due to your high degree of independence, structure and affinity for numbers, you conscientiously ensure transparent tracking of your work. Experience with Zoho CRM is a plus.

  • You really want career in sales, have ambition, innate sales skills and sales talent and the ability to build and maintain a network of customers.

  • You excel in reliability and enjoy acquisition and collaboration in a dynamic international team.

  • You are confident communicating in German and English.

You will be able to make an impact on this mission by creating and leading new business opportunities for us in the DACH region and leading our valued key accounts. As a bridge between our visionary founders, the dynamic (international) sales team, and the innovative marketing team, you will forge deep connections and foster collaboration. 

Your role:
  • You are responsible for your own leads from the first contact to the closing of the contract: You explain our product, find needs and solutions, stay on top of it, close the deal, and build a long-term partnership.
  • You're an ambassador for our mission at events, in your network, and on social media.
  • You proactively cultivate relationships with customers, network partners, and multipliers and shape the development of long-term and successful business relationships.
  • You proactively observe the ecosystem/competition and consider new products or features in the market.
  • You work closely with relevant stakeholders (e.g., our product team on product development) and improvement based on your direct customer feedback.
  • You analyze the performance of our channels, identify optimization potential and develop new sales channels (e.g., via partnerships).
Your profile:

  • You have several years of relevant professional experience in B2B sales of products/services in need of explanation, in (key) account management, or corporate partnerships (optional).
